Time and Date Widgets

Weather widgets require the players that are playing a Show to have internet access as well as using a browser that supports Flash playing.

Analog Clocks

You can add an animated clock to any of your shows that can be programmed to reflect the time in your location.

You will need to provide the Continent, Country, Province or county, city for the location that you want to show time for. To pick a clock style you can click on the "open list' button next to the analog clock style input box. This will open a new window and show you a list of about 15 different analog clock styles. You can enter a background color for the clock itself, as well as the background color for the whole slide.Enter a duration and optionally, schedule the slide. Select the Open List button next to Analog Clock Style to select from various styles of analog clocks.

Digital Clock

You can also add a digital clock to the Show if you wish to show time on your digital signage display.

You will need to provide the Continent, Country, Province or county, city for the location that you want to show the digital clock time for. Select the Open List button next to Digital Clock Style to select from various styles of digital clocks.

You can enter a background color for the clock itself, as well as the background color for the whole slide.Enter a duration and optionally, schedule if required.

Time and Date Widget

The Time and Date widget is essentially a text based widget that will show the current time and date as two line items.Here is an example:

You can specify the text attributes for both the time and date fields, such as the font size and color. You can also specify exactly, the location that each of the two text lines will appear in the slide. You can also select a background color, change the duration and optionally, schedule the slide.

This widget also allows you to selectively turn on and off the clock or date from the view , so you can for example elect to only load the clock. The option radio button for "use COOKIE' is designed so that you can simply check this and the player that is playing the clock will then determine which time to show , based on the timezone that was selected for the player. You have options for transitions in and out for this slide as well as the option to add a background image.
